Program Includes:
Classes will be taught LIVE (online, via Zoom). If you can’t make a training session, you will have access to the replay. 12 weeks of solid written programming: includes a growth packet and a book written by Dr. Nyreia Harrington Wright entitled, "Grow" Spiritual Transformation is an Act of Self-Love.
You will gain access to materials to use as you are creating goals and fulfilling your personal goals. These resources include: assessments, introspective worksheets & questions.
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP COACHING ONLINE MEETINGS
You will have individual mentoring and coaching sessions with Dr. Harrington to discuss your goals and your individual process and progress. This meeting provides you with accountability and encouragement.
In the group coaching meetings, members will have the positive opportunity to engage others who are growing and evolving in both personal and business endeavors. New strategies and exercises will be shared during this time.

A Grow Coach is someone who is poised and prepared to help an individual grow in their personal & professional areas of their lives. A Grow Coach will challenge you, assist you in developing critical thinking skills, create and fulfill goals. In addition, teach you to strategize the difficult areas of your life while helping you identify areas where you may have been stuck. Your greatest potential unlocked will assist you as you GROW FORWARD!
As your Grow Coach I will expect you to be open to the process of growth. Also, be willing to lean into the areas of your life that you are most comfortable with and be willing to challenge your comfort.
